Black pneumonia, pneumonia Mother soothes our soul. Our colors stained in black The sky is snowing dark charcoal. Black pneumonia, pneumonia We live under the trees To hide us from the snow, although It's getting hard to breathe The cats have stopped meowing And the foxes never sneak The birds finished their songs And all the dogs fallen asleep The forest stays together And our spirits will be kept. But it's difficult when children ask Why winter never left. Black pneumonia, pneumonia Mother soothes our soul The forest stays together Even when the sky gets dull We'll all stay together And drift away in bed Together We'll forget the reason Winter never left.

Don't move to Chowchilla Yeah, It's not where you wanna be You're kids'll start smoking crystal meth And the cops might touch your teens Don't move to Chowchilla Yeah, this town's slashed down its seams The only thing saggier than these eyes Is everyone's fucking jeans You say this place just smells like piss I say "smells like home sweet home" Nothing makes me happier Than a kids mouth filled with foam Walking down Robertson is like Playing real life laser tag The kids all wanna leave and when they Do they're not coming back Don't move to Chowchilla Don't even visit or say hi You can try to hop a train but even they don't wanna stop by Don't move to Chowchilla Unless you want pink eye Don't even step foot or else you might get a UTI You say this place just smells like piss I say "smells like home sweet home" Nothing makes me happier Than a kids mouth filled with foam Walking down Robertson is like Playing real life laser tag The kids all wanna leave and when they Do they're not coming back

Do you remember the rain and wet concrete? We sat there together. A moment in time we shared. That was ours. No one else's. It's a shame they tore that place down.

We are the trash gods! (Tree hogs!) We’ll walk all day like fucking dogs We are the trash gods! (Tree hogs!) We’ll climb up every fucking log We’ll live in the trees the whole wide world will leave us be Cause they’ll never see How it feels to be home free

The Children 02:33
She's scared and her friends, they want out. Living but not, they hate this. You know, I would die if it meant you're okay. I hope you know that... I hope you remember that...

Taken from our families Or born in captivity Life in prison, no felonies Our life's a crime against humanity Are we entertainment? Tied to your pavement? You stare through our windows We glare in disappointment We need no leaders No finders keepers No masters or breeders Or your misdemeanors We are the kingdom We deserve freedom We are the wolves And you'll hear us sing We are all that we've got We are what we have left We'll give it all we've got to free what's left.
